Brainwave Entrainment
Binaural, Monaural & Isochronic Brainwave Entrainment Downloads.
Brainwave entrainment is the process by which your brainwave frequency will shift to that of an external stimulus such as a binaural recording. The brain’s frequency will tend to adapt to the frequency of the binuaral (or monaural or isochronic) beats. The reason why this may be done is to alter the person’s state of mind – such as for relaxation, alertness, hypnosis, enhanced learning and so on.
